Note: The 1900 U.S. Census for St. Marie town, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, lists "John Naparalla" and his wife Mary living on a farm that they own but which is mortgaged. John is listed as 50 years old, having been born in June 1949 in German Poland to parents of Polish birth. Mary had borne 9 children as of the census. 5 of those children were still living with their parents at home: Anton (age 19, born January 1881 in German Poland); Clara (age 13, born August 1876 in Wisconsin--probably error should be 1886); Stanish (age 11, born May 1889 in Wisconsin), Roman (age 8, born February 1892 in Wisconsin), and John (age 2, born June 1897 in Wisconsin).
