Davis, Will Book 11, page 95, Norfolk County, VA lists wife as Mary Ann, daughter Laura A. Ives, wife of W. P. Ives and son Blanks H. Davis and father Blanks Davis. He left to his daughter: lot 810 on the west side of Dinwiddie Street, a lot fronting Dinwiddie Street, and 6 lots at Port Norfolk at NW intersectionof Duke street and Virginia Avenue. He left to his son lot 808 Dinwiddie Street and the house, and the lots at 724 and 726 Bart Street. These were left to him by his father. It is unclear whether there were houses on the lots on Bart Street. Will probated 3 July 1912.
