  Obituary: The Virginia-Pilot, June 17, 1993, page D2. Theo E. Kay, 85, of the 1200 block of Colonial Ave., a homemaker, died June 15, 1993, in Durham, N.C.
  Mrs. Kay was born in Chase City, VA. She was the widow of Nash Loomis Kay and a member of Park Place United Methodist Church in Norfolk. Survivors include one daughter, Anna N. McDaniel of Fairfax Station, VA, three grandchildren; one great-grand child and one nephew, Alan Eakes of Raleigh, N. C.
 A funeral will be conducted at 1 pm today in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Francis Collins. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
 Contributions may be made to Park Place United Methodist Church.
