Text: James Hiram Lamson (Hiram, Benjamin P., Joseph, Joseph,Benjamin, William, John, William) was born at Clintonville, ClintonCounty, N.Y., Oct. 17, 1844. He married Cornelia Frances Davis,daughter of Henry Peg and Elizabeth Lyons (Berry) Davis, Sept. 20,1871, at Marion, IA; she was born in Linn County, Ia, June 5, 1850.
He resided at different times at Hopkinton, St. Lawrence County, N.Y.,Waverly, Bristow and Anemosa, Ia. He was a harness maker, but is now(1913) retired and lives with his son at Waterloo, Ia.
