MO: VanNorman, J.V. 1807 - 1891 (possibly Theodore? - mak) VanNorman, M.M. 2 Oct 1866 - 16 Jan 1892 (s/o F. A. - mak) VanNorman, F. A. 27 Mar/May 1835 - 16 June 1911 (s/o Theodore - mak) Everything points to this J. V. as being Theodore Van Norman, see short obit below: Death Notices in Dallas Co. MO (newspaper abstractions) "The venerable father of F. A. Van Norman died last Friday and was buried the following day. the old gentleman was 84 years old at the time of his death."(bur, 22 Jan. 1891) - --------------------------------------------------------- "Merritt Van Norman, of this city (died) Jan. 16, '92 he was 25 years old, and had been a subject of an incurable affliction for 15 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ, having united with the same in 1888 under the preching of T. S. They had a son Theodore Van Norman who was b 1807 in VT/OH per the census readings. He married Amanda ? ca 1831. They were in Randolph Co. IN 1850 census and in Morgan Co. IL by 1867 where Amanda died. Theodore then went to Buffalo, Dallas Co. MO where he died 1891.
