a. Note:   From the Wilkes-Barre Record, Monday, 6 January 1941, page 16:
 Edward Zimmerman, 69 of Sickler's Hill, West Nanticoke, died Saturday morning in Nanticoke State Hospital where he was a patient since December 28. The funeral will be held from the home Tuesday afternoon at 2 with services in charge of Reverend Byron Jones of the Pentecostal Church of this city. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Shavertown. Surviving are his widow and these children, Mrs. David Smith and Mrs. Henry Wolfe of Larksville; Mrs. Herbert Moss of Avondale; Edward of Plymouth, and Elizabeth at home.
  He is buried in Row 12, Plot 19.
  Floral carriers were: Doris Wolfe, Earl VanBuskirk, Howard Hulsizer, Charles Fravel, Harriet Fravel and Margaret Wolfe.
  Bearers were: Theodore, Elmer, Daniel, Sheldon and Melvin Youells and Harry Wolfe.
