Note: From the Wilkes-Barre Record (Plymouth section), Monday, 12 July 1915, page 18: "About 10 o'clock yesterday morning death claimed R. Frank Brown of Railroad street, after a brief illness of complications. He was 54 years of age and is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. William Hancock of town and Mrs. James Lee of Larksville. Mr. Brown was a resident of town for several years and leaves behind a large number of friends. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon with services at Christian Church at 2 o'clock by Reverend J. Albert Hall, pastor. Interment will be in Shawnee Cemetery." The pall bearers at his funeral were George Kendig, William Davis, Frederick Clemow, David Williams, Edward Dymond and Lee Davenport. According to the funeral home records, his place of death was "Boat House" and his funeral expenses were $76.00.
