  Looking for descendants of John Oxley (c.1750-1805) and his wife Elizabeth. Was she a Fleetwood? William Fleetwood d. 1769 did have a younger daughter named Elizabeth and two of John and Elizabeth's children were Hardy and Charlotte names also used among Elizabeth's siblings. John and Elizabeth had daus. Elizabeth d. 1839 did not marry, Sarah or Sally who md. Lodwick Redditt and later George McWell or Maxwell-chil? Charlotte liv. 1818 when she witnessed the will of Edmund Fleetwood; and Nancy (c. 1777-1850+) who md. George Ward and had children. There were three sons: John who md. Fanny Shoulders in 1799 and had children. Hardy (my 4ggf) (c. 1783-1826) who md. Sarah McGlauhon and had children; and Acquilla (c. 1795-1855+) who md. Mary Raynor and had a large family many of whom moved to Chariton Co., MO.
