Forrest is a family name (told to me by my father, Roger Knapp).
Soloman Van Knapp's cousin was Helen Drake of Albion, Maine. My grandmother recorded that Helen Lawrence, "hubby's cousin", came to visit Soloman Van Knapp in 1933 (taken from Carrie Geneva Beveridge's 1933 diary).
Soloman Van Knapp's sister Mary Jane Knapp(s) married her cousin, Frank White who has been reported to have been born at Prince Edward Island, Canada.
