Note: D.B. Foster wrote a "History of Richland Chruch" for the Monroe County Historical Society, dated February 28, 1908. It is an eight page typed document. Much of it deals with Thomas Nesbit. It gives his date of birth as June 20, 1806 and his date of death as September 12, 1861. These dates presumably the correct dates.
