Notes
a. Continued:   The 1930 Kansas City census is definitely her. Her children are the right age, her name and birth place are correct, and her children's father is from Tennessee. The names of the children are correct based on their middle initials given. She claims to be a widow but if her marriage ended any other way, she might have preferred not to say she was divorced. She and her parents are from Arkansas. Based on the above theory I had guessed that her landlord Bert C Cowan (1930) was her brother since they're so close in age and both from Arkansas. This was proven wrong since I found him in the census and he doesn't have a sister named Florence. Later I found her marriage license and her last name is O'Neal. Bert could still be a cousin or something, I don't know yet.
