a. Note:   NOTE 1:
 Harrell was the twin brother to Horrald and both weighted 1 and 1/2 lbs. each.
 The young Doctor who attended Jewel during her birthing tried a couple of new ideas to save her tiny babies. He build a crude incubator out of a shoe box and compressed oxygen from the Ft. Worth Sand and Gravel Quarry in which both babies were placed and he kept both babies rubbed down in a new medicine to combat lung disease----Vicks-Vapor-Rub. Harrold lived 41 years, 7months, 7days. Harrell lived 17days.

  NOTE 2:
 In Chico City Cemetery. Chico, Wise County, Texas Harrell Stroud is buried next to his older sister Zelda. The grave is located: From the Center East entrance to the 42nd row, then to the 6th grave on the north side of the lane. It is a small double marker. Marking both Zelda and Harrell's graves. Graves sites on both sides of the Harrell and Zelda are filled by adults of the Cearley's, Curry's and Foster families. The Cearley's, Curry's and Fosters are blood related to Jewel Cearley and the children.
