a. Note:   My Gr-Grandfather, J. J. Klotz ----------------------------------------------- John J. Klotz, 76, Summoned Funeral services for John J. Klotz, 76, native of Sandusky township and a life-long resident of Sandusky and Wood counties near Risingsun, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Trinity Evangelical United Brethern church at Risingsun. Services will be conducted by Rev. George Corey, former paster, and Rev. A. M. Morehead, the present pastor. Burial will be in the Bradner cemetery. Death of Mr. Klotz occurred at 2:30 a.m. Monday in the Wood County Hospital at Bowling Green. The body will be returned from Harrold's Funeral home at Fostoria to the residence in Risingsun at noon Tuesday. Mr. Klotz, the son of Jackson and Amelia Moses Klotz, was born in Sandusky county April 13, 1877 and was married at Norwalk to Lillie Bowe, June 16, 1903. He was a retired carpenter and farmer and was a memeber of the Odd Fellows at Risingsun and the Trinity E. U. B. church at Risingsun. Surviving are the wife; four children, Howard G. Klotz, Dayton; Mrs. Velma Baker, Fremont; Byron V Klotz, Helena, and Mrs. Bernice Zimmerman, of Risingsun; two brothers, Sherman Klotz, of Risingsun, and Claude, of Sandusky; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Risenberg, Gibsonburg; Mrs. Alma Shultz, Risingsun; Mrs. Cora Brown, Kansas, and Mrs. Clara Fritz, of Gibsonburg; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
