Notes
a. Note:   We are unsure of the last name. It was pronounced "Dan'l" by the older family members and different family members have different opinions as to what the name really was. Most members think it was Daniels. They thought it was just a country accent that made it sound like Dan'l. It has also been thought to be Danole and Danioles. There was one Dannell listed in the Indiana Census for 1850. He is the only one listed without an "s". An "s" was not pronounced by the older family members.
