a. Note:   Per obituary appearing in the Dupree, South Dakota, newspaper, Louise Flora Fisherman was born at Cherry Creek, SD, to George Fisherman and Sophie Iron Beaver. She spent her early years at Cherry Creek. Louise attended the Pierre Indian School and an Indian school in Rapid City.
  Louise married James Whitefeather and lived on a ranch about six miles west of Cherry Creek. In 1953 they moved to Dupree, SD. She later married Seymour Jones (no date given).
  Survivors include two daughters, Flora Little Wounded and Ernestine White Feather Frazier; one brother, John Fisherman of Philip, SD; one stepson, Kelly Jones of Rosebud; 25 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Seymour.
