Note: All reports of Mitchell's age are consistent with the 1802 poll tax debut pointing to birth around 1781. The last place Mitchell Oliver is noted is the 1830 Wake County NC. He first appears in Wake earlier when he sold the last parcel of his land in Johnston and is stated to be "Of Wake" at that point.
