 left Georgia after his mother died. The children's births track their
 progress to Texas. Possible making a crop or staying with relatives.
 In the census, Ann is his wife Millie Ann Greer, she dies in Mar 1861 after a still born child in Feb (John Bell Oliver). The other male is
 James's brother Francis Marion (F. M.). Francis's family is still in
 Georgia when the war starts and he joins the Texas 18th Infantry.
 James later remarries and joines the Texas 14th Infantry, both in
 Walker's Division.
