Doyle T. Motes Sr., 47, of Point Comfort, Tex., former Oneonta resident who died Friday in Texas, was an employee of Alcoa Aluminum Co. Funeral will be at 2 pm Monday at Lester Memorial Methodist Church in Oneonta with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lemley Funeral Home directing. Survivors include his wife; a son, Doyle Motes Jr. of Point Comfort, two daughters, Mrs. Linda Johnson and Vonda Motes of Point Comfort; his parents, a sister, Mrs. Virginia Oldham of Palacios, Tex.; and two brothers, William Motes, Point Comfort, and Charles Motes, with U.S. Army.
