Note: !Zona lived all of her married life in D'Lo, MS. For a few years after her marriage to Vance she lived at 1131 Beacon Street,
San Pedro, CA, and later in Bremerton, Washington. Following Vance's discharge
from the navy after a six or seven year period, she resided first on the Cato
Road, and later on Highway 49 in D'Lo. She worked for many years at the
Colonial Bakery in Jackson and later at the electronic plant on Highway 49 near
the Sanitorium and Magee. She retired from her work there, and has continued
to live in her home in D'Lo, MS, until the time of her death.
