Joseph Cleary of Whigville, 79 years old, died at his home Monday evening at 6:30, from diseases incident to old age. He was one of Marion township's prominent citizens, held in high esteem by all who knew him. The funeral will be held today (Wednesday) at 1 o'clock. County of Noble, and State of Ohio, being about 72 years of age, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, Do Make, Publish and Declare this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last Wills and Testament by me mad heretofore: FIRST: -- My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my Estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
