H. Cleary, 50, Dies at Caldwell Caldwell - Dr. R. H. Cleary, 60, widely known Noble county physician, died suddenly at his home here today following a heart attack. He had been in failing health for the last seven years, but death was unexpected. Dr. Cleary who had been retired since 1931, was a son of Uriah and Margaret Graham Cleary, and was born at Lexington Ridge, near Summerfield. His father died a few months ago at the age of 90. Dr. Cleary had resided at Caldwell for 23 years, moving here from Fallsburg, where he began his practice. he saw active service in the World war and was the first commander of the Caldwell American Legion post. He was a first lieutenant in the army during the war and later was commissioned a captain. Dr. Cleary was married to Miss Anna Murphy on June 8, 1905. In addition to his widow he is survived by one son. Dr. Louis Cleary of the U.S. Public Service Hospital, Louisville, KY, two daughters Mrs. Zona Brown of Washington, D.C. and Miss Catherine Cleary, of the home; two brothers James of Summerfield, and John or Berberton and a sister, Miss Marion Cleary of Summerfield.
