Note: ent, he marries in 1846 and is not with family in 1850 census. Daughter Elizabeth's second marriage (1892) says he is a shoemaker residing in Kingston. He is not same person as John S. Silloway of Kingston who married Mary Campbell in 1845 and died 1864 at North Carolina in the Civil War as she was listed as his widow in an application for an army pension.
