Note: Alice Ranous died at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Gray and Ed Lucas of heart disease in Corpus Christi, TX at home in bed. Christine Lewis was also living in the home. The Lucases ran a motor court there during the 2nd World War and Alice would stay with them for a time each year when the weather was bad in Nebraska.
