Noah and Margaret Elizabeth moved from Tennessee to Atchison County, Missouri around 1907 and were there for a few years before moving back to Tennessee, however a year later they returned to Missouri and then moved to Page county, Iowa around 1919. They retired from farming in 1941 and moved to Braddyville, Iowa. There they were worked in a produce station for a number of years. At the time of her death Margaret lived at Bethesda Care Center, Clarinda, Iowa. 2. 1920 U.S. Federal Census, Iowa, Noah & Margaret E. (Stroupe) Bailey, Buchanon, Page County, Sheet Number 7A, ED 98, January 17, 1920 states: Noah age 33 head of household; wife Margaret E. age 29; dau. Jessie M. age 12; dau. Blanche F. age 10; dau. Mary G. age 9; dau. Heraldine age three months. Noah & Margaret were born in Tennessee. Jessie, Blanche and Mary were born in Missouri and Heraldine in Iowa. Noah occupation was a farmer.
