Note: Last Will and Testament I, H. A. VICK, now of the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, declare and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils that may have heretofore been made by me.
I. I direct that my executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all proper and valid claims and debts of my estate, and all funeral expenses and the cost and expense of administering my estate in the Probate Court, as soon as convenient after my demise.
II. Should my death occur during the life time of all of the following named persons, then these persons, or the survivors of them, shall be the sole beneficiaries of my estqate as hereinafter devised and bedqueathed, to-wit: My children:
JOSEPH B. VICK, whose place of residence or present whereabouts are unknown; CARRIE SCARBOROUGH, now of Meigs, Georgia; TREEMAN VICK, of Sarasota, Florida; and D.A. VICK of Early County, Georgia and MYRA KNOWLES, my stepdaughter, of Miami, Florida.
III. I hereby give and bequeath to each of the following named of my said beneficiaries, the sum of Ten Dollars, and direct that my executor, hereinafter named, pay the same to them from the first availabe cash coming into his possession after my demise, to-wit:
JOSEPH B. VICK
CARRIE SCARBOROUGH
TREEMAN VICK
MYRA KNOWLES
IV. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residual due and remainder of my property, real, personal or mixed and wherever located, to my said son D. A. Vick, absolutely.
V. I do hereby appoint and constitute my son, D. A. VICK, to be executor of this, my last Will and Testament, and it is my will that he shall not be required to give any bond; that he shall be required to make no report whatsoever to any probate or other court, or to any person, or to account to any court or person for any moneys or property which may come into his hands by virtue of this will or as a result of my death; and if, for any reason, any court shall require him to give a bond as executor, then it is my will that he shall not be required to give bond with any sureties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Miami, Florida, this 5th day of December, A. D., 1925, to this, My Last Will and Testament, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, each of which have witnesses have, at my requist, witnessed my subscription hereto and who, in my presence and in the presence of each other, hae signed their names as witnesses.
