Strangely enough their 10th child, Sarah, also married a Gilman (given name not given). Anyway, this gives some support for Simon Gilman having been Elizabeth Dudley's husband. Allen ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- IGI shows born at Hingham, Plymouth, MA. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------ Hi June, Would you kindly answer three questions about Simon Gilman (ID: 113610) and Elizabeth Dudley (ID: 113175)? 1. Is the date of the birth of their son Daniel correct? If so, then Elizabeth would probably have been about 14 years old when Daniel was born. 2. Are you sure that Elizabeth was the daughter of Stephen Dudley and Sarah Gilman? 3. Could Simon have died as early as 1740? Some genealogies show Elizabeth (daughter of Stephen Dudley and Sarah Gilman) to have married a Leonard Gearhart in 1741. Your answers may prove helpful to my research. Thank you for any help you can provide. Thank you, Allen Curtis"H. A. Curtis" <[email protected]> is NOT responsible for the content of the GEDCOMs uploaded through the WorldConnect Program.
