a. Note:   Andrew was possibly born around Belfast. They apparently lived in New York when Carrie was born and this coincides with them not being listed in the 1900 Census in Philadelphia. In 1910 they lived at 1304 Morris St., Ascension Parish, Philadelphia. They then moved to Winchester Ave. in Atlantic City after 1920 (they are listed in the PA census for 1920). Andrew's occupation was tile setter in the 1920 census. Later he was a contractor. In Atlantic City there is a Wilson Ave. where he built houses. He would not "play ball" with racketeer Nooky Johnson so his business deteriorated. His sister, Katie, owned a fishery in Sea Isle City, NJ.
