a. Note:   e gives her birthplace as Catesby, (Northumberland), England. Her age was given as 31 on her son's birth certificate ie born about 1864, age at death given as 95 ie born 1861.
 Not found in British censuses.
 ARRIVAL IN AUSTRALIA:
 She supposedly arrived in Melbourne with her partner Henry Bingham shortly before the birth of their son Herbert in 1894. Only possible record found in PROV indexes is in Nov 1893 on Mararoa, port N, fiche 266, page 1:
 Mr. Bingham, aged 37
 Mrs. Bingham, aged 35
 This was from New Zealand. There is an entry in the passenger lists from England to NZ:
 BINGHAM Mr & Mrs, ship TAINUI, from LONDON to LYTTELTON, NZ, 393, arrived 1893 06 APR AUCK
 According to her death certificate she had lived in Victoria for 60 years. This fits in quite well with her arrival in 1893.
 RESIDENCES:
 Her son's WW1 service records show her address as Fleet Street, Fitzroy. She was still there prior to her death in 1956: Flat 1, Block 1, Fleet Street, Fitzroy.

 Note - her grandson Stan Bingham never knew her. He was told by his parents that she had died at the same time as her husband.
