MARTHA DANIEL
Martha "Mattie" Daniel, 87, Kansas City in Clay County, died March 30, 1992, at North Kansas City Hospital. She was born in Clay County, lived in Richmond most of her life and moved to Kansas City eight years ago. Mrs. Daniel was a member of the First Christian Church of Richmond. Her husband, Robert Earl Daniel, died in 1979. Survivors include a son, Robert E. Daniel, Richmond; two daughters, Retta Elizabeth "Penny" Cohen, Kansas City, and Anita Powers, Denver; a sister, Chloe McFarren, Kansas City; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Thurman Chapel, Richmond; burial in Richmond Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel.
