  This is my Grandfather, and he is NOT buried in the "SPIVEY CEMETERY" on Iron Hill / Mollie Road. (Charles L. Spivey)
  Joseph Dalton had been hospitalized with a possible heart attack. After being tested over several days he was cleared to be discharged on Saturday morning, 1 February 1958.
  The following was stated by his son, MATTHEW JAMES SPIVEY, who was with him when he died;
 "As he got dressed, the breakfast trays came around. His last words spoken were, "Well, since I paid for it, I might as well eat it"
 He sat on the bed, took 2 bites of the breakfast and lay back, resting his head on the pillow. He died in that position, peacefully."
