Note: On Jan. 29 1989 Mum died. The week before her death she had sent me a $50 note enclosed in a birthday card for my 49th birthday
on 23 jan 1998. I was a bit cross with her for doing this as I
felt it was a bit to soon after christmas, she had given us and
the kids cash then. I did try to ring her on the Sunday to tell
her that she was silly but she never answered the phone so I
thought that I would wait a day or so then try again, well I
never did. I could not bring my self to spend the $50 after she
died, untill today that is, I whent out and bought 2 London
Plain Trees to replace the 2 Claret Ash trees that had been
damaged in the storm on Sat. 7th of Feb. 4 days after her
Cremation. I feel Mum would have liked them if she had lived to
see them so they will now be known as Nanny�s Trees.
