Note: On Sept 1784 Buckingham MM, Bucks co, PA reported that Joseph and Levi Kennard had "left these parts some considerable time past without requesting certificates", and a committee was formed to write to Deer Creek, where it was thought that had gone. Evidently Levi returned to PA. He was granted a certificate by Buckingham MM to Philadelphia MM for the Northern District on 7 Nov 1785.
