Note: Richard went to Cleveland. Jeff Smith file says worked for Cleveland Steel. per Cullen....Richard Joseph, another brother of your g-father and my father, served in the USMC in WWI, and was a lineman for the power company in Cleveland, as I heard it - I was told that he contracted pneumonia while working long hours up on power poles, trying to correct line downages, etc., caused by fierce storms in that area - He died from that disease, leaving his wife Marie (Sis) with Richard, Jr., Marjorie, Joan, and Bobbie (about the same age as myself), to raise - All of these children spent much time with John J. and Julia at 858 Sperry Terrace during their early years; I cherish a picture of myself (age 1 month), in the lap of Julia sitting on her front porch there, with Margie caressing me fondly -Nonie and Loretto (whom I called "Auntie Hi") lived at the same address with John J. after Grandma died -
