 Warrington , 31 Jan 1850- 1 Jun 1942
Warrington (named after USN Commodore Lewis Warrington) is located a few miles southwest of
Pensacola in Escambia County. The post office was located near the naval ship yard and Fort
Barrancas. Although this post office did a large volume of business, very few stampless and pre-war
adhesive usages are known. The post office was discontinued in 1942 and the town is now served as a
 branch of Pensacola.
