Remember him standing on his head every year for his birthday. I enjoyed all my travels. Later years after layed off from Milw Road Railroad at 50 years old When Shirley was born. Had gall bladder surgery. had hard time with breathing machine after so had to stay quite awhile. Went to work at peter cooper the last 15 years before retiring. Enjoyed retirement traveled with Family and alone with wife Dorothy all over United States. Enjoyed Senor trip to east side states and west side states by bus trips with older people. I enjoyed playing cribage, and cards and doing crossword puzzles and nite with Dodothy before we went to bed. I enjoyed horse shoes when we lived out at the house and just resting in my hammock. I enjoyed reading my whole life about everything especially the bible. I enjoyed writing letters and especially getting letters back. I enjoyed helping Dorothy with my first born Richard bathing, getting him dressed and feeding him. and watching him grow up to be a consirate young man who helped us and always was considerate of others. and Mike who gave us a hard time but was always trying to prove himself to be better at everything he could and Shirley who was the quiet one who took way to much garbage but I know she will be the stongest one because of it.
