Notes
a. Note:   This may be the route of the post man to and from Coigach. TheOld Postman's route is the track that the postman used to bringin the mail every day from Ullapool. It leads from the end ofthe tarmac road that stretches from Achiltibuie to Culnacraig(Behind the Rock). The path is narrow and at times difficult tofollow. It passes along the cliff to Ardmair (The SeaPromontory) via Geodha Mor (The Great Creek), Leum an Fheidh(TheDeer's Leap), the old fort at Dun Canna and Blughasary. Fromthere are side paths to Strathcanaird and another by Maell nanClachan (The Pile of Rocks) to Loch eader dha Bheinn(The Lakebetween the Mountains). Be aware, no matter what the season, this walk is not easy. ( The aol members web site)
