Note: [INDIV2.DAT] Husband 1 John Edward Vosper Husband 2 August Dirk-no children Lived as a child at Waresboro, Georgia and Palatka, Florida where her parents are both buried. At age eight was sent to live with step-brother Wilbur Ross and his wife Clara at Anaconda, Montana. After a short stay there she moved to Mason County, Washington with her half-sister Edith Ross who was a school teacher. Lived briefly at Oakville, Wash. as a child. Moved with her sister to Polk Co. Ore. in 1920. Was placed in an orphanage in Seattle, Wash. about 1922. In 1924 was sent to the House of the Good Shepherd in Spokane, Wash. She stayed there until 1933 when she was sent to Lakeland Village at Medical Lake, Wash. In 1945 she moved to Oakville, Wash. and worked for Bessie and Mid Sweitzer. She met and married John E. Vosper. After his death in 1971 she moved to a home in the town of Oakville. In 1974 she moved to Centralia, Wash. and lived in Trailer Village until 1984. She was married to August Dirk 1977-82. She live for several years at Centralia Manor and in 1989 moved to Centralia Convalescent Center where she spent her last years. She was devoted to the Roman Catholic faith to which she converted in 1926 while living in Spokane. She was very good singer and enjoyed entertaining an audience. U. S.
