Note:   - !2014Apr Diane Deputy (mrs Wallace Deputy) dianedeputy (at) earthlink.net - Since you mentioned the Scribner Family, do you happen to have any information on a Hannah Scribner*, b abt 1735, of Woodbury, Litchfield, CT. Parents unknown.  She married abt 1756, Nathan Jackson*, b abt 1730, of Woodbury, who also lived in Wilton & Fairfield, CT.  (Nathan, son of Jonathon* & Deborah Jackson*, was born in Stratfield. Fairfield, Conn. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++  Nathan & Hannah Jackson had the following children; Jonathon Jackson, Reuben Jackson, Nathan Jr Jackson, Eunice Jackson* (who marr Calvin Jenkins*, son of William Jenkins* who marr Sarah Allen*),  Rebena or Bee, Mr. Jackson, Samuel Jackson, & Mr. Jackson. Then the family moved to Wilton in Fairfield Co, CT  where the rest  were born. I rechecked my early records and notes, includingevery land record for Nathan Jackson. Hannah was not named. An earlierresearcher believed that Hannah Scribner was probably the  wife of ourNathan Jackson, but this was an assumption.  Only one other Nathan Jacksonexisted during that time period, but records proved he was not our line. So, I do thank you for trying to find her!   Diane Deputy  Following is a copyof the records; ---------------------------------------------------------- A daughter of Nathan Jackson, Eunice Jackson was born in the fall of1762, in Wilton, Fairfield, Connecticut. (Congregational Churchrecords of Wilton, Fairfield, CT).     Her three older brothers; Jonathon Jackson, bap 16 Jan 1757; ReubenJackson, bap 24 Sep 1758; and Nathan Jackson, bap 20 Jul 1760; in theCongregational Church of Woodbury, Litchfield Co, Connecticut. ("Historyof Ancient Woodbury, Vol I, " 1871, by William Cothren, (Vital Rec).      The family then moved from Woodbury to Wilton,Fairfield County, where the following Jackson children were baptized. Only onesmall booklet of Wilton Church records is available. I have a copy, and aletter from the pastor. (x Eunice, ch of Nathan, bp. 17 Oct 1762 – (who marr x Calvin Jenkins);  (Rebena or "Bee", ch ofNathan, bp.15 Aug 1765).  (An unnamed ch of Nathan, bp Jan 3, 1770),(Samuel, ch of Nathan, bp Dec 30, 1772). An unnamed ch of Nathan, bp. Dec18,1773. Two unnamed children may have died in infancy. No more children wereborn after 1773; the children's mother also deceased.
