That grave is empty! He was taken to Kankakee and buried with Carrie!!!! Aunt Pet told him..Love, Stanton (email 8 Jun 2008) Per accounts in the Decatur Review --- Charles sang in the church for funerals and weddings solo and duets. He also was the secretary-treasurer of the Sunday school of the South Side Christian Church.
