a. Note:   The Elliott County News - January 16, 2004 ROSEBERRY, Willard 11-12-1921 - 12-31-2003 Willard Roseberry, 82, of Grayson, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2003, at his home. Mr. Roseberry was born November 12, 1921, in Morgan County, a son of the late William Harrison Roseberry and Sarah Alice Hill Roseberry. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Rinfred Roseberry and William Cody Roseberry; and six sisters, Nora Kelly, Bessie Roseberry, Pearl Hicks, Lucy Knipp, Bertha Johnson and Clara Collins. He was a 1948 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Agriculture, a retired Carter County teacher, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Wolfe Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Rosewood "Betty" Roseberry; three daughters, Alice Kay Roseberry of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kathy Roseberry of Lakeside, California and Linda Roseberry of Grayson; one son, Willard Elmer "Bill" Roseberry of Grayson; and one brother, Winfred Roseberry of Catlettsburg. Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 am Saturday, January 3, 2004, at Sparks Funeral Home, in Grayson, with John Dean officiating. Burial was in the Littleton-Carroll Cemetery, in Fultz, under the direction of Sparks Funeral Home.
