a. Note:   [potts1.FTW] Nelson was killed during "Bloody Monday" riots in Louisville during political riots. Nelson was 48 years old when he died. CABLE spelled CAPLE. Caple Cementer is located at bottom of hill above Salt Block embankment under pine trees near a revine into creek. Stones are down. Now located on George Marcum's farm. There are approximately 15 stones. Also, some unmarked graves. Fairdale used to be the Woods Precinct. Grave yard is located at 10300 Jefferson Hill Road. Stone gives Nelson's death as: 2/15/1855.[Wmjames.ftw]
