PROPERTY: Mrs. Lucy Ashlock deed to Mrs. Augusta Farmer...entered on 24th day of December 1943...for $1.....real estate being a certin house and lot located on the north side of east main street in Stanford, Lincoln County Kentucky......beginning in the center of teh Stanford Crab Orchard Road (East Main Street) at Dishons corner....from the south west corner of the Kittie Farris lot (now CD Lair) .....and southward to the right of way of the L & RR railroad company, thence a western course 100 feet to the other corner of dishon (formerly McCarty) ...this lot faces 100 feet on east main street and is a uniform width to the rear of the same. PROPERTY: The being the same property to which the grantor derived titel by deed from GW Ashlock dated June 27, 1940 Deed book 90 page 212. adn deed book 51, page 546. in the clerks office.....Mrs. Lucy Ashlock..page 188
