Al made his money as a custom house builder in the Minneapolis area. His second wife's name was Dodo. In his later years he owned a condo in Boynton Beach and would spend summers in MN and winters in Florida. He had a son who was a cop in the Baltimore area and one that lived in Minneapolis area.
