a. Note:   Euphemia Wright was born in Weare, MI and raised in the city of Pentwater,MI. At the age of 15, she ventured to Ashland,WI and at the age 16 she married William FISHER, a sawyer, at a local lumber mill. She gave birth to nine children of which only four lived to muturity. Euphemia was a well respected member of the community of Ashland. She was very active with the local civic activities. She died in June of 1907, six months after giving birth to twins. (The twins died a day after their birth).
