a. Note:   Fred FISHER was born 1873 in Vermont. In about 1880 he migrated with FISHER family to Ashland,Wisconsin. Fred was raised in Ashland and when of age went to work at the lumber mill. In 1899 Fred married Rose. Fred was working as a delivery man. Rose gave birth to two boys, Jay born 1900 and Wallace born 1901. Wallace was later killed in World War II. Rose died in 1908. [Grave #8] Fred married Margaret who had two children from a previous marriage and she helped him raise the family. In 1920 census Fred's occupation listed as carpenter-contractor Fred died in 1955 in Ashland !Buried: in St.Agnes Cemetery [Block 23,Lot 19,Grave #9] !Birth: Est from 1880,1900 and 1920 census.
