a. Note:   Mry Viola black Horn died of a brain tumor at the Baptist Hospital in Memphis, TN. Her husband, Thomas Lafayette Horn took her to the hospital after she complained of sever headaches for sometime. In those day the hospital would not let you stay the night in a room with a patient. So, Tom rented a room nearby. When he went to the hospital the next morning, he was told that Viola had died. They told him that they had found her in the floor dead with a hole in her head. He never found out what really happened to her.
