Note: info received from Dorothy Black Tallent March 24, 2001 Harold Dobbs died on November 7, 2000. He shoveled snow early that morning and then went to vote. He came home and talked to J. E. on the phone. Fifteen minutes later he dropped dead of a massive heart attack. He came to long enough to tell his wife and son he wasn't going to make it this time.
