Claude Joseph moved to the USA and settled in Allen County, Indiana. He was a farmer and an engineer on the Erie Canal in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The old family farm is located on Dupont Rd. on the north side of the Rd. between where I69 is now and Diebold Road.
