Shoe size 15.Had 1/4 section of land next to Luther Elmer Benson, ie NW 1/4, Sec 20,T27N,R11W, 160 acres $14.00 Purchase money-entry fee on 27 Sep 1893 (entry date Certificate #761 Alva Land Office. FinalCertificate #2599 Alva 8 Aug 1901.Sexton at Keith Cemetery is David Cook 431-2317 & Jeff Fellers, 431-2338.Luther Bensons homestead was SW1/4,Sec20, T27N,R11W., Near Ingersoll, OK.Benson sold to Frysinger c 1900.Absalom Hunt JR. sold this land to Beltz in 1926.On final approval of homestead Ab Hunt had planted 189 fruit trees, 1500 forest trees, and strung two miles of three wire fence postd.When visiting in 1939 all structures were gone. Only evidence that anyone had lived there was an archway to property and some rose bushes. Maybe a victim of the drought during the 1930's?Ab Sr's estate probated 10 Apr 1920, No. 744 Probate Index.
