DEATH: Personal knowledge of Tad D. Campbell, Gilroy CA; NOTE: Kathy was diagnosed with inoperable small cell lung cancer in Dec 2000 and underwent several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation over the next two and a half years. The cancer subsequently spread to her adrenal glands and brain. In June 2003 she stopped treatment and went into hospice care at the home of her mother-in-law, Rowena (Arbuckle) Campbell, in San Jose CA. There she quietly passed away at 9:35 am on 30 Jun 2003. Her husband Donald Campbell and son Tad Campbell were by her side when she died. The hospice nurse was called shortly thereafter and arrived to make the death pronouncement, so the death certificate may incorrectly state time of death as 10:40 am. [Researched by Tad D.
